Getting Started at e | w pilates

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or searching for a new studio, we’re here to welcome you into our community.

At e | w pilates, we keep classes small so you can move safely, feel supported, and get the most out of every session.

If you have Pilates experience

If you’re familiar with Pilates equipment (like the Reformer, Chair, or Tower), are free of any new injuries, and understand the foundational movement principles of Pilates (breath, alignment, core engagement, control, etc.), you’re welcome to book Foundational Reformer, All Levels Reformer or All Levels Mixed Equipment class to jump right in.

If you’re new to Pilates

If you’re just getting started, we’ll guide you through your first steps.

For most healthy individuals, 1–2 private sessions are a great way to:

  • Learn the basic movements and equipment

  • Get personalized attention and modifications

  • Build confidence before joining a group class

From there, we’ll help you choose the classes that best match your goals, schedule, and experience level.
