Arriving for Class
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class start time. For safety and to minimize disruption, entry will not be permitted more than 10 minutes after class has begun.
Grip Socks in the studio
Grip socks are required for our All Levels small group class sessions. This is essential for ensuring your safety, as grip socks provide enhanced traction, reducing the risk of slips and falls. Additionally, this policy promotes a cleaner and more hygienic environment for everyone involved.
Sealed water bottles ONLY beyond the waiting area
We kindly ask that only sealed water bottles be permitted within the equipment areas of the studio. This guideline is essential in ensuring the health and well-being of everyone who practices here. We encourage you to enjoy your beverages and open top drinking cups in our designated welcome area, where you can relax and unwind before or after your classes.
Cell phones
At e | w pilates, we strive to create a serene and focused environment where all clients can fully immerse themselves in their practice. To enhance this experience, we kindly ask you to silence your phones while in the studio. This small gesture not only contributes to a distraction-free space but also allows everyone to connect and grow together in their Pilates journey. We truly appreciate your cooperation as it reflects our commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes personal growth and well-being. Enjoy your time in the studio, knowing that your mindfulness plays a vital role in fostering the supportive community we cherish at e | w pilates.

Life happens—we completely understand. At e | w pilates, we recognize that plans can change.
If you need to cancel a reserved class, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee and the loss of the session credit used to reserve your spot. No-shows will incur a $20 fee and also result in forfeiture of the session credit.
24 hour notice is required to cancel individual 1:1 sessions. If 24 hours is not given please expect to be charged for your session.
To make this process as smooth as possible, please log into your client profile through our app or website; this is the most efficient way to ensure your session is canceled immediately. By doing so, you’re not only taking a proactive step for yourself but also potentially opening up a spot for someone eagerly waiting on the waitlist. Remember, we’re here to support you every step of the way on your fitness journey, and we truly appreciate your commitment to our community!

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing—similar to what you might wear to a yoga class. We recommend avoiding overly loose or baggy items, as they can interfere with movement and equipment.
Grip socks are required for our All Levels format apparatus-based classes.
We also suggest choosing bottoms that provide adequate coverage and stay in place, as certain movements may make short or loose-fitting shorts less comfortable.
-
A waitlist is available for all class sessions. Clients can be promoted from the waitlist and added to a class up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled class time.
Please make sure to cancel your reservation if you no longer plan to attend the class.
