Life happens—we completely understand! At e | w pilates, we recognize that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you find yourself needing to cancel a reserved class, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee. A late cancellation fee of $10 will be applied for class cancellations made after this window, and a $20 fee will be incurred for any no-show class reservations.
24 hour notice is required to cancel individual 1:1 sessions. If 24 hours is not given please expect to be charged for your session.
To make this process as smooth as possible, please log into your client profile through our app or website; this is the most efficient way to ensure your session is canceled immediately. By doing so, you’re not only taking a proactive step for yourself but also potentially opening up a spot for someone eagerly waiting on the waitlist. Remember, we’re here to support you every step of the way on your fitness journey, and we truly appreciate your commitment to our community!
